The Billing page reports the workspace subscription, billing status, seat count, and renewal date. Usage reports monthly allowances, prepaid balances, and channel consumption. SMS and voice have separate balances.

Billing overview

Tenant owners can review these fields under Configuration → Billing → Overview:

  • current plan and subscription state;
  • enabled-person seat count and per-seat billing basis when applicable;
  • trial end or renewal date;
  • billing restrictions, suspension state, and recovery notices; and
  • the provider’s last reconciled billing result.

Stripe is the source of truth for invoices and payment records. WarnFire shows the resulting operational state after provider events reconcile. If an external payment record is current but WarnFire continues to show a past-due state, contact WarnFire support .

Notification balances

Under Configuration → Usage, SMS and voice each show:

  • the included monthly allowance;
  • any prepaid balance already present;
  • usage in the current allowance period; and
  • the credits charged to individual delivery attempts.

Prepaid credits roll over. SMS credits cannot pay for voice calls, and voice credits cannot pay for SMS. Delivery Activity shows the channel outcome and applicable credit usage for an individual page.

Billing → Settings reports whether international SMS and voice delivery is allowed and whether an automatic-recharge policy is already active for either channel. An active policy identifies its pack and low-balance threshold. It may run when the balance reaches 10% of that pack, with at most two recharge attempts in 24 hours.

International destination bands and segment counts can consume more than one SMS credit per message. Review SMS destination bands and segments before depending on international SMS delivery.

Interpreting the state

  • Active means the workspace’s current billing state permits ordinary service subject to its plan limits.
  • Trialing includes a finite trial end. The payment-recovery reference explains what changes at that deadline.
  • Past due, billing-restricted, and suspended describe progressively stronger lifecycle constraints; they are not evidence that data was deleted.
  • A paid-channel balance does not affect free push or email delivery when those channels are selected in the escalation policy.

See Plans, credits, and rate limits for the allowance and safety-limit definitions, and Payment failures and recovery for lifecycle behavior.
